Antor is the host and founder of the show. As TPM at Platformz he runs three client platforms with a 30+ person team across engineering, DevOps, design, and marketing; at Kintsugi he's a Sr. Software Engineer and feature lead on AI-powered tax compliance; and as founder & CEO of AZAI Labs he builds AI agents on a simple bet — build with agents, not headcount.
Six years, eleven roles, seven industries — from Mastercard payments reliability to healthcare at Kinetik to telecom at Grameenphone. He's Top Rated on Upwork (23 jobs, all ★5.0) and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology (SUST). Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, he works remote-first with teams worldwide.
