What the show is
A show about how things actually get done.
I'm Arifuz Zaman Antor, the AZA in AZA XECUTION. I sit down with founders, operators, engineers, researchers, professors, CEOs, CTOs, C-suite executives, professionals and builders. We skip the highlight reel and dig into the process: the decisions, the failures and what it really took. Viewers leave with steps they can use in their own work.

Our goal: change Bangladesh.

How to prepare
Five things before the day.
- Pick one or two real decisions you are happy to talk through in detail.
- Bring numbers you are comfortable sharing, and tell us which ones are off the record.
- Tell us before recording about anything you would rather not discuss.
- Wear solid colours. Small stripes and large logos look busy on camera.
- Arrive a few minutes early so we can set up microphones and lights.
